    "Easy to use, but disappointing long-term customer experience"

    Pros: Jimdo is easy to use and allows users without programming knowledge to create a professional-looking website. The templates are attractive, the editor is intuitive, and setting up a website is quick and straightforward.

    Cons: The biggest drawback was the continuous price increases over the years. As a customer since 2016, I felt that my concerns about pricing and my contract were not adequately addressed. Because of my overall experience, I cannot recommend Jimdo.

    Overall: I used Jimdo for about ten years. The platform is easy to use and suitable for beginners, but the continuous price increases and my overall customer experience led me to cancel my subscription. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Jimdo.
