    "Straightforward System with Gaps in Key Stakeholder Features"

    Pros: The platform is straightforward to navigate and the team in Canada has been pleasant and supportive when assistance has been needed. There is sometimes a slight delay in responsiveness due to the difference in working hours, but overall the experience has been positive and I expect the system will continue to develop over time.

    Cons: There are several important features that we would normally expect from a stakeholder management system that are not currently available. The absence of stakeholder mapping is a noticeable gap, and we have had to run consultation surveys and manage responses outside the platform. The reliance on connecting external communication tools rather than having these functions built into the system also limits efficiency and feels like a missed opportunity.

    Overall: The team has been a pleasure to work with and the platform is suitable for organisations that only require the fundamentals. However, for longer term or more complex projects, there are more comprehensive stakeholder management solutions available that offer a wider range of integrated features.

    Pros: Accessible, easy to use and has excellent customer support. Jambo does a great job of making communication tracking and reporting on annual records simple.

    Cons: Depending on which industry you are in the basic project board setup may not be ideal for your SRM tracking. However, Jambo is always open to feedback and is interested in improving the experience for all its customers/users.

    Overall: This software is a great tool that has some excellent MS365 integrations, which make daily use easy.

    Pros: Jambo is easy to use and helps us detail a wide variety of communications across our organization's teams.

    Cons: Our organization has a few needs around how our communications are structured that we're hoping to work with Jambo to improve in the future.

    Pros: I like that the software automatically captures important information from an engagement, which makes reporting seamless and easy! Our organization was well supported by the Jambo team, who were available to answer questions and train our team in it's use.

    Cons: The AI features are still in development. Summarizing information is important, but often summaries miss important context.

    Overall: My overall experience has been great! I look forward to exploring the software to fully understanding Jambo's capabilities!

    Pros: -Easy to use
    -Intuitive set up for entering information
    -Application is visually appealing
    -Easy to delete entries/make changes if needed

    Cons: -There is some potential for redundancy/missed information with there being options for concerns, commitments and tasks when adding a new communication. It would be nice if commitments/tasks could be linked to specific concerns.

    Overall: My overall experience with Jambo has been that it is easy to use and well laid out. I have never had any issues.

    Pros: The simplicity of using the software. I love the fast ways that I can update communications records and my team members can see the records to prevent the back and forth of getting details from me.

    Cons: The sso-login, I wish it could just save my account details and sign me in automatically, or keep my signed in. Although it's still fast, I'm so used to NOT having to sign into every single website now.

    Overall: It has been a great tool for our organization and I'm glad that we implemented its use. It keeps us organized and improves efficiencies.

In some cases, how often you're prompted to sign in depends on your organization's security settings, so it may be worth checking with your IT team to see if session duration or "keep me signed in" options can be adjusted.     "Jambo is amazing!"

    Pros: Ease of use. How records can be connected. How issues can be tracked and monitored. How we can assign tasks for completion by others. How interactive and easy it is to use. How reports are easy to pull, and the list goes on.

    Cons: I don't really find anything about the product I don't like - its just learning new things if I haven't used them before, but thats easy to do :)

    Overall: It really is such a better tool than the one we had before, with so many options and opportunities to keep our data base up to date, and to track issues, meetings, events, etc. It is so interactive and easy to use - it is a GAME CHANGER!
