    Pros: Groups allot of commonly used tasks that are not in the Citrix DAAS dashboard — Citrix, VDI, Active Directory, RDS, and Windows. I found to be quite user friendly. I think the user license tabs are pretty cool and informative troubleshoot Citrix VDA registration issues; troubleshoot Citrix VDA session issues. The desktop publishing is a clear winner. Provides a convenient method for documenting your infrastructure; keeps all relevant operational data within one location. Eliminates many of the repetitive manual tasks. I am manage an average of 15 000 users daily and i found this tool useful, My trial as expired and yes I will be purchasing the software. I saved that amount in the first day that I used the software. Thank you , very cool little dashboard

    Cons: Like what you are trying to do with the documenter , needs to be more polished. I would like to see more tools in the Networking troubleshooting arena. Like a one stop shop for everything.

    Overall: As I said, I have purchased the software, for what you get the price is amazing. I can see what IT-Automated is attempting and I think it is a super idea. I support you guys , well done
