Howspace

Pros: This tool fits nicely with and supports my training and facilitation processes. Users find the design intuitive and easy to use so collaboration and co-creation begin in no time. There is true interaction, and users are engaged to a high extent. The AI clustering tools come in handy especially when working with bigger audiences.

Cons: Difficult to think of any cons! Some users may find the process-driven design logic, which is different from may other tools, somewhat difficult in the beginning.

Overall: I enjoy working with Howspace and look forward to integrating it to an even higher extent in my upcoming client engagements.

Pros: It's the most comprehensive tool in the market because it is designed by facilitators to facilitators. Whatever need you may have for hosting an engaging and productive event or training workshop, you will find it already available in Howspace. The powerful AI feature makes it uniquely useful for managing information collected in meetings with +25 participants.

Cons: Currently doesn't support Spanish nor Portuguese.

Overall: If you need to design a uniquely engaging and personalized virtual event experience you couldn't imagine a better product. As a designer, I am able to create a virtual space where participants start to interact and present themselves long before the actual workshop starts. The same afterwards, for having fruitful debates about the content that was shared during the event and follow up on any particular items.

Pros: I can easily create my own meeting facilitation flow with intuitive widgets and has a lot of ways to adapt. It is also really easy to invite users (participants) without them having to create accounts and login. For participants the feeling is also simple, clean and can focus on the engagement in the conversations and activities.

Cons: AI sometimes has difficulty to interpret input from non-native English speakers, but guess this just needs more training of the AI.

Overall: Howspace is an integral part of my digital facilitation tool-box, and I think it should be for every facilitator and leader involved in transformation and change management. It helps me fully engage people in learning, collaboration and making change happen effectively.
