Overall: I have tried the customer service at the beginning since I am new to crypto lending, the response was very quick. Also once they receive the you start accruing interest.

Pros: Being new to Cryptos, naturally I was cautious. The application and verification process put me at ease. The staff who did the verification was thorough but polite.
Transferring and withdrawing were very simple.
Earning interest was easy and compounded every Monday promptly.
Recently I ran into some technical issues but these were quickly attended to. The problem was resolved within a few hours.
Very happy with the passive income and impressed with the backup service.

Cons: Nothing that I do not like about Hodlnaut. I did not encounter any problem registering and verifying my account.

4) Assets held in custody are audited by independent auditor providing extra assurance.

Cons: 1) Limited cryptos supported at the moment, only 6.
2) Does not allow buying or selling cryptos through the platform, only swapping allowed. Totally understandable though in light of Singapore's regulations.

Overall: Still the best experience so far that we had!

Pros: APY rates are very competitive, swap function is easy to use and overall support is really good.
Interests are paid each week and the real time increment is nice.

Cons: Only web based. Need an android App soon, but it is normally on the way.
Only possible to withdraw/deposit using Ethereum protocol (ERC20). It would be good to have the option to select other networks (Avalanche, Polygon...)

Overall: Overall Hodlnaut is a great platform regulated in Singapore. The support is effective, and the APY are quite good.
Keep on going and growing I'll be supporting, especially if other protocols for withdrawal and deposit are added.
