About Hissa
Hissa is a cloud-based equity and ESOP management platform for companies, finance and HR teams, employees, and investors. It supports ESOP plan design, grant issuance, vesting schedules, exercise workflows, cap table and stakeholder records, equity compensation modelling, and Ind AS 102 reporting. Employees can use a portal to review grants, vesting progress, equity value, and tax estimates, while company administrators manage ownership records and generate reports. Hissa also offers separate liquidity and secondary-market services, including a fund that may purchase eligible vested employee shares subject to applicable approvals and terms.
