    Pros: Quick and easy to use; makes processing insurance claims & payments a breeze. It has drastically cut down on my time spent submitting claims for processing and also time spent posting insurance payments.

    Cons: Software has a tendency to logout right when you're in the middle of using it

    I wish menu on the LH side wouldn't open so easily; I am constantly searching clients names and that opens blocking my view of what I typed/can select

    Overall: I absolutely love HelloNote. It is a drastic improvement from the Software we were using to submit claims and process insurance payments

    Pros: Everything in one place. great dashboard and reports. customer support has been great and really responsive.

    Cons: Don't love having to pay for a student account as they can't practice on their own.

    Overall: Great overall experience. nice to have integrated fax and billing in once place. easier to keep track of everything for medicare/insurance compliance
