"Awesome tool for reviewing live coding" Posted 2021-12-11
Pros: Has a plethora of functions and ability. You can use assessments and live coding for software coding assessments. The developers at our company have ease of access to this platform and easily found their way around it.
Cons: No real major cons here. Sometimes the software acts funny with microphones, making it hard to hear what a candidate is saying
Overall: Absolutely love the tool and will continue to expand our use of it for assessing qualified candidates.

- The questions provided for practice are comprehensive and according to the user's caliber.Cons: - The only con is that the questions are somewhat advanced and the beginner might faces struggle initially.

Pros: (+) The interface needs a definite shoutout.
(+) Supports most of the languages.
(+) HacerRank always tries to provide a great set of questions.
(+) It also provides content for learning.
(+) It has a very great community which helps in growing.
(+) Used for screening candidates in job interviews.Cons: (-) Some languages do not have recent programming version support,
(-) Appreciation to participants in the form of certificates.
(-) Some times questions are repeated or lifted from previous competition.
(-) IDE compiler is not as good as the other software.Overall: I have used HackerRank in college, it is a decent programming platform which hosts a lot of competitions and provides a great platform for coders in the international standard. It also has content for learning. The IDE is not as good as the eclipse or Netbeans. Some times the test cases are redundant. On an overall level, hacker rank is Avery good platform to grow and find opportunities.

Pros: Slick User Interface.
Great set of coding problems.
Online IDE supporting almost all major languages.
Regular competitions & hiring challenges.Cons: Problems heavily incline towards competitive programming.
Newer languages are not supported.Overall: HackerRank is one of the best online coding platforms. It is not only helpful in sharpening coding skills but also helps companies find talented programmers.
