"Made event follow-ups much easier" Posted 2026-03-25
Pros: After coordinating a vendor meetup for nearly 200 people, I had a stack of business cards on my desk and no patience to sort them manually. My old way was photos, notes apps, and a spreadsheet that I usually forgot to update. With Habsy, card scanning, card sharing using NFC, QR and voice notes turned out to be the part that really helped. It fit right into that post-event rush and made it easier for me to capture details properly, organize contacts faster, and actually follow up while conversations were still fresh.
Cons: A few cards needed small edits after scanning, especially when the print was fancy or unusually styled.
Overall: I use this as an event manager, so speed matters more than anything after a busy day. Habsy felt practical right away because it solved the messy gap between collecting cards and doing something useful with them. It is not perfect on every single card, but it saves me a lot of cleanup work and keeps my contacts far more organized.

"The only app that truly understands what a trade show person needs" Posted 2026-03-24
Pros: Batch business card scanning is a lifesaver scans everything accurately and digitizes it perfectly. The "second memory" feature where I save conversation context and set reminders is something no other app offers. And the post-event summary? That alone is worth everything it tells me which companies I spent time with and gives real business insights. Never missed a follow-up since I started using Habsy. All my leads are safe and secure.
Cons: Actually, the application is very good. If we had direct CRM from the application, it would be even better. But Habsy has a product called the Habsy Platform, through which we can do the CRM integration whatever cards we scan in the app will be reflected there and synced to the CRM. Simple "set it and forget it" Habsy will take care of it.
Overall: I go to trade shows every month. Before Habsy, I was carrying bags of visiting cards, extra bags of brochures, and still forgetting important people I met. Once I completely forgot to follow up with a very important client after an amazing conversation that still hurts. Habsy fixed all of that. It's my second brain for every event I attend. I've tried HiHello, Popl, and Covve none of them come close. Habsy is genuinely underrated and deserves way more recognition in the market.

"Helped me manage event contacts better" Posted 2026-03-23
Pros: During a three-day corporate event I managed recently, I ended up collecting a pile of business cards that would normally sit in my bag for weeks. Earlier, I used to manually enter details into spreadsheets, which was slow and honestly easy to forget. With Habsy, the card scanning with OCR feature made a big difference.
Cons: Sometimes the scan struggles with very stylized fonts, so I had to correct a few entries manually. Not a dealbreaker but slightly slows things down.
Overall: Using Habsy during a busy event felt practical and realistic for my workflow. Instead of letting contacts pile up, I handled everything in real time. The app filled the gap between collecting cards and actually using them. I ended up sending follow-ups within a day, which almost never happened before.
