Pros: Channel manager great calendar. The synchronized channels was good.
Messaging good messaging tool.
Integrations.Cons: Accounting could be better for how much I spend.
Damage protection too expensive.
Support is mediocre.
Guesty messaging team is not worth it.
Guesty pay support is horrendous.Overall: Okay, lots of potential to be very solid product but so expensive. Support is responsive but not all that helpful. Simple changes always takes months to come out in new features.

Pros: Superb company since day 1. They made the onboarding process super easy and straightforward and have offered excellent customer service since then. Guesty has enabled me to scale my business and has freed up time to allow me to think more strategically and provide a better experience for our customers.
Cons: Genuinely hard to think of any cons. I suppose sometimes the communication from Guesty could be better when introducing new initiatives and software.
Overall: Great company who I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending to others. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Pros: On paper its good. Their sales people are amazing. But the product is buggy, and the lack of support makes it terrible. My management team hates Guesty.
Cons: Hidden fees, they will bill you one penny then bill you a fee for not hitting their minimum. Then you will contact support who will ignore you. They robbed me with crazy setup fees and all sorts of weird fees they just charge without authorization.
The accounting part of the software is a joke.Overall: Their support is just disgusting. You cant really reach anyone, to resolve issues. You email them, and they basically just say they will forward it to the team and then you hear nothing back.

Pros: I love how user friendly the software is mostly, a few others in my past are very difficult and long process of set up. I love the support I receive from my CSM! I do feel like it has helped my business grow and streamline.
Cons: The training on accounting needs to be more in depth and longer than it was.
Overall: I have enjoyed using Guesty for Pros. I am hoping it will continue to help the ease and growth of my company.

Pros: The Customer Support has been excellent particularly with response time. Our best advocate and ally is Sarah Schultz, our Customer Success Manager. The onboarding process was methodical and very helpful!
Cons: The guest invoicing needs some work. It shows scheduled payments but not dated payment history. Making adjustments to invoices is a real headache. While the base software is pretty good, there are lots of add ons with fees. Would be nice to include the accounting and analytics component to the base software.
Overall: There's a lot of moving parts to our business and Guesty pretty much covers it all. Automated messaging is great!
