Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - Incredibly responsive & knowledgeable support staff available via ticket or live chat - Unrivalled account management with a very strong focus on providing a good experience for the user - Guesty's product team are constantly responding to user feedback, improving and evolving features available based on our experience & needs - Quarterly Roadmaps are provided detailing a whole host of new features allowing us to plan for change - Managing guest correspondence across multiple channels is easy with Guesty's integrated inbox. Their strong relationship with top OTA's means we get the best integrated features, resulting in less work for our guest-facing team - Guesty has a whole host of automation designed to take the manual work out of arduous tasks such as auto-reviews, auto payments, and guest messages which gives us time to focus on the important stuff - Guesty has a library of 'Marketplace' partners, who are set up to integrate with Guesty. Every marketplace partner we have used has become invaluable to our operations, plus we get the perks of a Guesty user discount in some cases Channel manager great calendar. The synchronized channels was good. Messaging good messaging tool. Integrations. Superb company since day 1. They made the onboarding process super easy and straightforward and have offered excellent customer service since then. Guesty has enabled me to scale my business and has freed up time to allow me to think more strategically and provide a better experience for our customers. On paper its good. Their sales people are amazing. But the product is buggy, and the lack of support makes it terrible. My management team hates Guesty. I love how user friendly the software is mostly, a few others in my past are very difficult and long process of set up. I love the support I receive from my CSM! I do feel like it has helped my business grow and streamline. Cons - Guesty is expensive but you get what you pay for - Some advanced features are pay-walled, so if you want the works, costs can quickly add up Accounting could be better for how much I spend. Damage protection too expensive. Support is mediocre. Guesty messaging team is not worth it. Guesty pay support is horrendous. Genuinely hard to think of any cons. I suppose sometimes the communication from Guesty could be better when introducing new initiatives and software. Hidden fees, they will bill you one penny then bill you a fee for not hitting their minimum. Then you will contact support who will ignore you. They robbed me with crazy setup fees and all sorts of weird fees they just charge without authorization. The accounting part of the software is a joke. The training on accounting needs to be more in depth and longer than it was.		Pros from Real Users Pros Very happy with Hostaway and all it does - particularly for making our internal processes a lot easier. Hostaway is a powerful, thoughtful, and user-friendly PMS and I'm so glad I chose them. The onboarding process made me feel like they really cared about my learning the software thoroughly and held my hand through the trickier parts like integration with VRBO. It was a great experience being trained by Shabeeb and his counterparts. All of my trainers were brilliant, patient, kind, and affective teachers. Since "graduating" I have had great luck with the live chat support as well. I feel like Hostaway is an international family that has one common goal: making sure our guests have the best experience possible. I love the automated email system that lets me provide detailed information for my guests at each step of the booking, planning, checkin, and checkout process. I feel confident that my calendars are properly synched and up-to-date. We needed a platform that would scale with our anticipated growth. It needed to be affordable from day one, but not be deficient in the professional property management features our clients were expecting. Hostaway has delivered features and capabilities which exceed our expectations. The new inbox feature is great along with excellent integration with Airbnb. Great customer service is a plus. Always happy with the service! Easy Accessible One platform for all listings API Integration Automation Easy access to dashboard Unlimited onboarding calls Great team of onboarding and sales specialist!! Ease of service, clear communication, system is set up to do endless things to make property managing streamline with all the technology needed to take out hours of messaging. Platform is really the best I've seen and I've view several demos. Great trainer & facilitator who help you to understand the software, setting me up to win & not struggle. Love the follow up with trainer. He really show care and that he want me to succeed using the software to my benefit. Ease of use. Lots of Support - Akeeshan, Uvindu, Mohameed etc. Competitive cost. Good integration to OTAs. Email Automation. The company I work for has been using Hostaway for some time now, I easily adjusted to the software and received great support. They were very patient with me, understand and explain on the different way to make it easier for me. Perfect to manage all the channels in one. So far, they concentrate on helping you get it done quickly, they don't have a format, you just ask what you need to know!
