    Pros: The CRM offers a very smooth and user-friendly interface for managing leads from multiple sources like Meta, website, IndiaMART, and Justdial. The automation of follow-ups, instant lead assignment, and real-time tracking of the sales team make the entire workflow extremely efficient. It also provides clear analytics and reporting that help in decision-making.

    Cons: A few advanced features may take some time to understand for first-time users, but once learned, they work smoothly.

    Overall: Overall, my experience with this CRM has been excellent. It has significantly improved our lead handling speed, reduced leakage, and increased conversion rates.
