    Pros: I’ve used Greetings Island a few times and found their designs simple yet heartfelt. I recently used one of their templates to send a traditional-style birthday wish, and it felt personal and warm. Adding Short Marathi Birthday Lines to such cards can make them even more meaningful for Marathi families.
