GateKeeperAI combines a customer relationship management (CRM) system with an optional AI phone receptionist for service businesses. The CRM brings contacts and leads from web forms, website chat, Facebook and Instagram lead ads, and phone calls into a shared pipeline, with tasks and appointment scheduling. On the AI Receptionist plan, an AI answers incoming calls, asks business-defined intake questions, books appointments or transfers callers to staff during business hours, and records call details and transcripts in the CRM. Teams can also connect calendars and email, receive lead alerts, and access CRM workflows through ChatGPT or Claude. Plans serve home services, legal practices, real estate, tax offices, restaurants, and medical scheduling teams that need to organize incoming inquiries and follow up. The CRM is available separately from the AI receptionist, which includes 500 call minutes per month.
