Form Falcon

Pros: I've used other form builders before but I'm quite impressed on how Form Falcon’s interface is so sleek, modern, and super easy to navigate. It really does put other form builders to shame honestly. Everything is just laid out intuitively, so you don’t waste time hunting for features. On top of that, the level of customization is incredible! Unlike many builders that box you into generic themes and stock background images (which i've never been a fan of), Form Falcon lets you fully customize forms to match your branding and give them such a professional and unique touch!

Cons: I have nothing to complain about. Everything my team and I have done with Form Falcon has satisfied our needs completely.

Overall: If someone asked me about Form Falcon, I’d say it’s the most polished form builder I’ve ever used. The interface is so clean and easy that you don’t feel overwhelmed, and the customization options are fantastic. I love how my forms don’t look cookie-cutter at all, they look like MY forms. Plus, the little things, like how smooth and easy to use the conditional logic is or how easy it is to make adjustments, really stand out as well for when my team needs to create complex forms. This is the kind of tool that makes you enjoy the process, not just the result. If you want forms that look amazing and don’t feel like a chore to build, this is thee form builder to use.

Pros: I was recommended Form Falcon by a user online to me, and I’m so glad they did! I couldn't be more in love with how optimized and compatible this is with my mobile devices! I use my phone and tablet for almost everything, and Form Falcon just gets it. Like, the interface is super clean and fits perfectly on smaller screens. Unlike other builders i've used that felt clunky and poorly optimized on mobile, this one feels like it was built with mobile users in mind which i'm thankful for. Whether I’m creating or editing forms or checking responses, it’s super quick and easy. If you’re on your phone or tablet a lot for doing work, you’ll love using this!

Cons: The only thing I wish it had is a payment collection feature. Since I sell products online, having an integration for payments would make it absolutely perfect. Hopefully that’s something that'll be added in the future!

Overall: Highly recommend for those on the go! From the start, it felt like the platform was designed with mobile users in mind. Everything runs smoothly, the interface is intuitive, and it makes creating and managing forms on my phone or tablet genuinely enjoyable. While I wish it included payment collection features, it still stands out as one of the best form building tools i’ve used for sure.

Pros: I am a US retiree (law enforcement) residing in Costa Rica. I introduced Force Falcon program to a Costa Rica small restaurant owner as a means to streamline the tracking of logistics and administrative digitally versus hardcopies.

Cons: Although, the owner was not as tech savvy, the program was met with interest to cut down on paper tracking of business expenses. Old ways are hard to change. Translation from Spanish to English was a little intimidating.

Overall: Overall, I think the door was open to bring a small business owner into eliminating outdated mode of running a business administratively.

Pros: As a developer creating JavaScript-based, static content websites, I was looking for a reliable form platform to integrate for my customers. I was introduced to Form Falcon. It is such a slick platform with integrations that make creating and managing forms so simple. I haven't needed their support as the implementation is so easy.

Cons: There is nothing to dislike with this product, its design and simplicity means there is little to go wrong.

Overall: I highly recommend this form platform. It's five stars from me.

Pros: Easy setup from the beginning, extremely easy to follow and use. I’ve been using form falcon since it’s early release to keep track of inventory within my powdercoating company (paint stock) and it’s paid for itself many times over since!

Cons: None to comment. Easily better to get on with than sage and other related software.

Overall: Would happily recommend to any small or large business. It’s most certainly aided me with productivity.

Pros: Form Falcon allows for individuals, groups, companies, organizations, and enterprises the ability to create and develop multiple simple or complex forms. The logic behind Form Falcon make it better than any other form program on the market.

Cons: In my experience there is nothing negative that can be said about Form Falcon

Overall: My experience has been very positive. I have sent Form Falcon to several individuals who have found this program excellent and very useful.

Pros: Form Falcon has a huge feature set, but still undercuts on price. I'm blown away by the value that these developers deliver without asking for your whole tech budget for the year.

It's perfect for running intake for your physical services business or, as is my case, I taking digital users. I could write some this code myself, but buying a well-baked solution is a much better decision.

Cons: With the huge feature set, I was concerned that I'd be over buying. I have pretty basic needs. But since the pricing is good and I never want to re-implement again... it's not a hard decision.

Overall: Super helpful and friendly development team. I write software myself, and you can tell when a team is fully committed to winning the space.

Pros: I hate forms with the fury of 9000 angry lions. They are annoying as a user and beyond a chore as developer. That’s why I like FormFalcon. Not only does it make authoring forms a breeze, the output is top notch UX. The kind of forms it’s least painful to interact with. The email integration, pdf signatures, all of these features are top level stuff right out of the box.

Cons: I don’t really have any cons here, it’s a great service.

Overall: I’ll be reaching for this constantly. Whenever I have family or friends who need sign up forms, or if I want to do lead capture on landing pages. This is now my go to.
