    "Worst company ever..."

    Pros: Their platform seemed good at first. The hardware seemed like it would be good. The software seemed serviceable with different apps. The price seemed ok. Everything seemed ok at first.

    Cons: Horrible, unreliable company.
    They don't even show up for appointments.
    Their app doesn't work on any platform.
    Their counting is wildly inaccurate.
    The company services are wildly overpriced and the product is horrible...

    Overall: Horrible. 0/10. They are totally unresponsive. Nothing works. Worst company I have ever experienced in my life. Unbelievably bad....

    "Excellent Reporting Systems"

    Pros: FootfallCam has some excellent business reports; results are accurate, and helped our organization to optimize the resources planning, and the transparency for the costs.

    Cons: Some of the reports are a too comprehensive, and could be a little too much info for the general staff.

    Overall: Would recommend to anyone in the retail, or mall management industries. A solution with a strong ROI.
