Founded and based out of Waterloo, Ontario, Fongo provides Canadians with low-cost, personal and small business communication solutions. Fongo Works is our free, basic business phone system to get you started (no time limit). Fongo Works Pro upgrades your free Fongo Works system with new features, increased customizability, increased amount of extensions, and the ability to add Pro devices. When you’re connected on a call, Fongo uses 0.5MB of data per calling minute, so a 500MB data plan gives you approximately 1000 calling minutes per month. Note: Switching between Wi-Fi and data during a call is not supported. Fongo comes with a real phone number for unlimited calling to any number. Do your family and friends live in a different city or province? Choose a phone number in their local area so their calls to you are free. Free calling features include visual voicemail, caller ID, call waiting, call forwarding, 911 service, and more.
