Pros: Does what you need for a scheduling/PM tool. It has strong visuals and a flexibility of what views to provide (if you can understand the methodology).

Cons: Can be complicated and fiddly to get the view you need
Not as cheap as it seems with a minimum cost of $150 if you go for the pay monthly option.
This was not made clear (as far as I can see) in the trial, which means we've wasted our time evaluating this tool because it was approved based on 10 users.

Overall: Considering this is a competitive marketplace with a number of other tools doing a similar job, this is too expensive in my view. There should be an option for smaller teams.

Pros: The ability to streamline the task and project planning with a collaborated workspace is great. I liked the ease of creating custom flow using drag and drop. The interface is intuitive and very convenient. It brings the remote team closer.

Cons: No cons. It's easy and very convenient for team collaboration.

Overall: Worth a try! In the Performance-wise and usability, Float is perfect in my opinion. Overall, it empowers my team to add boost and work efficiently.

Pros: You can view your resource and task with a very simple step. The task scheduling is awesome. It helps to collaborate and manage employee workloads. Float helps to give you a birds-eye view of your projects.

Cons: The user interface is not friendly, difficult to navigate.
