Pros from Real Users Pros Does what you need for a scheduling/PM tool. It has strong visuals and a flexibility of what views to provide (if you can understand the methodology). The ability to streamline the task and project planning with a collaborated workspace is great. I liked the ease of creating custom flow using drag and drop. The interface is intuitive and very convenient. It brings the remote team closer. You can view your resource and task with a very simple step. The task scheduling is awesome. It helps to collaborate and manage employee workloads. Float helps to give you a birds-eye view of your projects. Here are the things I liked about Float. - Hundreds of integrations to simplify management. - Easy to assign and divide tasks. - It helps you complete the project before the deadline. - Collaborated project planning. #1- It integrates with Slack and Asana makes the best management platform. #2- Time tracking and resource management give one platform view data. #3- Excellent workload feature to assign equal tasks. Float helps creating project in a click. Very intuitive and fast software. Most accurate view of the projects. Filter functionality and powerful search. Using drag and drop we can re assign task to employees. Provides real-time reporting access. Good editing tools. Easily synchronizes with task. Best resource scheduling software. Interactive user interface.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Seamless integration with Salesforce. Nice (Lightning) look & feel. Frequent updates and improvements. We have been using Mission Control for over five years, love Colin and the team's great customer support. This is a tool that will help anyone who needs a PM tool that works seamlessly with Salesforce. We go from Salesforce Lead -> Opportunity -> MC Project with different teams participating at different stages of the cycle. All in one platform. One platform saves us time in training and daily use. One platform provides us with visibility of the end-end cycle from Lead through to delivery. Had to choose one PSA system from several and happy we went with Mission Control. Fantastic system, incredibly intuitive, easy to use and great features! Various features, but the ones I used the most were timeline, team logs and project financials, having all these in the ones place was fantastic. Cons Meeting manager very basic; needs some development. Gantt chart a little bit buggy. The only con that I could come up with is that there are a ton of features due to the fact that it is a very robust tool, having said that, because we know SFDC it is easy to streamline the features that are important to us. It would be nice to have the ability to work on project plans with outside parties, i.e. customers and partners. To be fully honest, there aren't many glaring cons. They release updates on a regular basis only advancing the system and making it more useful. More flexibility in setting week starting for Timesheet
