About Fleksi
Fleksi is a browser-based work management and invoicing platform for businesses and organizations. It brings customer records, proposals, work orders, schedules, time entries, expenses, receipts, materials and invoices into a shared workspace. Teams can assign and track jobs, attach locations, photos and documents, record and approve hours and costs, and carry billable work into invoices. The product also supports customer and supplier records, purchasing, reports, and CSV data exports. Its workflows are intended for field and project work such as construction, HVAC, electrical service, maintenance and cleaning, as well as office, consulting and IT project work. Fleksi can be used for customer operations and internal processes, with access through a web browser on desktop or phone. A free single-user workspace is available; adding collaborators starts a 30-day trial, and paid subscriptions require a separate agreement.
