Pros: First of all, everything is in one place, there are many options and possibilities and additionally customization allows every employee to use what is needed.
Cons: The only thing I'm missing is integration with social media, or their stats. Other than that, almost everything works flawlessly.
Overall: I have used other company management software before but only Firmao gave a chance to put all company processes in order.

Pros: This CRM system helps with a huge amount of processes in the company. Firmao even helped me create these processes. As? Thanks to automation, we know what to do in order.
Cons: Firmao can be complicated at the beginning. This is an extensive CRM system, but it is worth implementing such a solution in your company.
Overall: I can't imagine a day without CRM system. Thanks to it, I can work from anywhere in the world and not worry about contact with employees and clients.

Pros: I have everything in one place, which is very important to me - I don't like to use multiple apps. The system allows me to design offers, issue invoices, and manage the warehouse and products.
Cons: I don't think there is a thing I don't like. Maybe I would like to see more integrations.
