About FireDocs
FireDocs is for fire contractors worldwide, including Australia, the USA, the UK, the UAE, New Zealand, Canada, Ireland, Singapore and South Africa.
FireDocs is a digital log book for fire protection techs and the companies they work for, built by a working fire and security tech in Adelaide. Log inspections on site with photos, notes and signatures, then send a PDF report before you leave. Keep every client, site and visit in one place, and put a QR code on the panel so authorised people can see the site's history. At sign up you pick your country and FireDocs loads its maintenance standards, frequencies and report wording (e.g. AS 1851, NFPA, BS 5839, NZS 4512, SANS). Frequencies stay editable. FireDocs is a log book and reporting tool, not certified or approved by any standards body or authority. From $49 AUD/mo, billed monthly. 14-day trial on request.
