PreviewMD is an AI simulator for plastic surgery and aesthetic practices. A patient uploads one photo on the surgeon's website and sees a photorealistic, anatomically correct before-and-after of their own face or figure in about three to four minutes. It installs with one script tag on any website platform and carries the practice's branding. Every preview delivers the patient's contact details to the practice before the result appears, arriving natively through integrations like GoHighLevel, a webhook, or any of the 450+ healthcare systems Keragon connects with. Photos are processed for the preview and never stored. The AI model behind each procedure is fine-tuned with a practicing double board-certified plastic surgeon, separately for men and for women, so the preview holds up when the patient is sitting across from the surgeon. The same subscription runs previews live in the consult room. Previews are visualizations that support the consultation, not medical predictions.

There is an astronomical amount of pressure on today’s surgeons. Each year, the caseload increases, outpacing the number of surgeons available to perform. At Enhatch, we are developing an Intelligent Surgery Ecosystem to eliminate inefficiencies in the operating room. This is accomplished through AI-powered technology and data gathering from pre-op to post-op making each surgery better than the one before. Surgeons will continue to be overworked and burnt out if Intelligent Surgery is not implemented into the surgical process. All successful surgeries begin with pre-op planning. In this stage, gather information about the patient, convert 2D images into 3D models, and easily collaborate with surgeons before surgery day. This is a simple way to share information, giving the entire surgical team confidence. Proper planning before surgery also opens the door for intelligent sizing, which requires less inventory during surgery and a more successful outcome.
