    Pros: Zero. Minus negative.

    Negative if possible there is nothing good to say. 👎

    Cons: Unorganized with a bad attitude.

    And un trusting for your payment they change the terms without your permission cutting money off of your pay, change the payment schedule as they feel like, and is not even customer it's just a brokerage in the middle taking some money
    out of your payment by legal ways.

    Overall: Garbage useless.
