    - Excellent customer service, with great problem solving skills.

    Cons: - It is hard to find cons with Envoy as any of the problems I have had have been resolved in a timely fashion.

    Overall: Fantastic platform, with great people running it. Easy for my customers to order/ Easy for my sales representatives to sell.

    Pros: Ease of setting up product and catalog.
    Ease of entering orders & locating product.
    Envoy support team.

    Cons: There are still a view features we would like to see... our Envoy representative is working closely with our dev team to resolve.

    Overall: What sets Envoy apart from our previous B2B is the accessibility and availability of Envoy's support team. Matt has been fabulous during our start up process and continues to work with us weekly on various different aspects of the site. Matt works relentlessly to resolve any issues we have encountered.
