The software is very inclusive, with many criteria options that could also be prioritized for a more efficient candidate search. The interface is also very user-friendly.

Cons: So far, I don't have any concerns. Everything is easy to set up once you have it.

Pros: This sourcing tool is the most effective recruitment software I've ever used in my career. It has streamlined my recruitment process and helped me quickly fill positions with the right people.
