Emergency Logs is a web-based operations and asset tracking platform built by First Responders for First Responders. It gives Fire and EMS agencies one place to check, document, and track everything in the organization, from narcotics vial counts and EMS supplies to apparatus checks, equipment inventory, PPE, SCBA, and GPS tracking.

Founded in 2016 as PhaRmLogs, Emergency Logs is a Veteran-owned company and a three-time Gartner award-winning program. The platform is designed, built, and maintained by a team of firefighters and paramedics with more than 50 years of combined Fire and EMS experience, so every feature comes from real station life, not a sales roadmap.

What it replaces. Paper checklists, spreadsheets, binders, and disconnected apps. Crews complete checks on a phone, tablet, or station computer. Anything that fails is flagged right away and can automatically create a trouble ticket or work order, so problems get fixed instead of forgotten.

    Pros: We love how simple the layout is. We log in and it shows a simple menu, then we select daily drug counts or daily vehicle check or ems check.

    If we needed a change, they changed it within hours.

    The reports show the status of all our drugs, engines.

    Cons: I don't have any real dislikes about this system. It really is an excellent solution.

    Overall: As an administrator in our department, I am extremely pleased with this product and the customer service. We truly feel as if we are treated like a big department even though we are relatively small.
    I highly recommend PhaRmLogs to any department looking for a solution that just works.

    "Pharmlogs narcotics tracking"

    Pros: It's completely web based and inexpensive.
    Pharmlogs did all of the setup.
    Easy to use
    Notification system to remind users to sign at shift exchange.
    Service is phenomenal
    They do customized forms for us too.

    Cons: It's a website so the coverage for using it is "spotty" at times when out in the rural areas.

    Overall: We have been really impressed with Pharmlogs. It's a smaller company that has delivered a great program with excellent support.
