    "Useful email testing tool, but serious support and usage issues"

    Pros: The email preview functionality is useful for checking how emails render across different email clients and devices. It can simplify testing without needing access to every device and platform.

    Cons: Support has not responded to my emails. The “unlimited” previews are also subject to cumulative device test limits, which is not clear from the plan description.

    Overall: I have been a customer for about three months, but an unresolved issue with how my tests are counted remains. Without support or a fix, I am now paying for the most expensive plan simply to keep my account active and continue testing.
