EmailMerge365 is an Outlook add-in for creating and sending personalized bulk email from Microsoft 365. Users can choose recipients from Outlook contacts or import Excel lists, then personalize message content and subject lines with merge fields. The add-in supports message previews, reusable templates, immediate or scheduled sending, and sending through the user's Microsoft 365 mailbox. Optional tracking plans add email-open and link-click reporting, with a limit of 200 emails per tracked merge. EmailMerge365 is designed for individuals and organizations that need to send individualized announcements, newsletters, invitations, or other group messages while working in Outlook. The add-in works with Classic Outlook for Windows, New Outlook, Outlook on the web, and Outlook for Mac.
