About Dojoto
Dojoto is a web app for martial arts instructors to track class attendance and membership fees. It replaces paper attendance notebooks and spreadsheets. Clubs can set a monthly fee, invite instructors by email, and organize student groups and weekly training days. Existing student records can be imported from a spreadsheet or a photo of a paper list, with names, email addresses, phone numbers, and groups read automatically. At each training session, instructors mark who attended; they can also record cash payments with a tap. Dojoto supports club-wide, group, and per-student fees, as well as skipped months. Instructors share the same live list on their phones, while students and parents do not need accounts. Data is stored in the EU.
