BeltManager is a cloud-based management platform for martial arts schools, dojos and combat-sports academies. Owners and instructors can maintain student and membership records, manage family accounts and leads, schedule recurring classes, track attendance, and record belt or rank progression. Check-in options include a tablet kiosk, mobile check-in, QR code scanning and manual registers. The platform also supports grading and promotion workflows, recurring billing, payment reminders, reporting and analytics, and multiple locations. Students and families can use a mobile app and parent portal to view schedules and progress. BeltManager is intended for schools teaching disciplines such as karate, taekwondo, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and MMA.
