Pros: In our company, the fact of making contracts, signing them, sending contracts to our clients, preparing weekly contracts and many other things is very constant. DocuSign has made an appearance during the creation, administration, delivery and monitoring of our contracts. We are a real estate company, the contracts in our company are the key to negotiations. DocuSign has delivered some really beneficial features for us, it has provided features that have helped us create smart contracts for our customers. The things I liked the most were:

1. All the signatures that we make in our contracts created with DocuSign are protected with an encryption key, which helps ensure that this contract is not modified in any way, in addition, the signatures placed cannot be edited thanks to this encryption. This encryption feature adds additional security to our contracts and helps maintain the integrity of our contracts.

2. All the contracts we make with DocuSign are backed and certified by several regulatory entities, which has allowed us to send totally reliable contracts to our clients, with these backed contracts we can gain the trust of the client and offer them security when negotiating with us.

3. Creating contracts in DocuSign is totally simple and the creation can be done from the computer or from the application for mobile phones. In the same way it can be created and later sent to the client, the service works in a similar way on several devices.

4. I love being able to see the status of a contract in DocuSign. It is not the same to send a physical contract to a client and not know if the client has signed it and is ready for negotiation, than to use a DocuSign contract and be informed at the exact time that the client has signed the contract, or monitor if the customer has not signed it yet so you can send him a reminder. These functions are very beneficial for us.

Cons: DocuSign has been present in our company since we started it, since it was necessary to be able to carry out more secure and more comprehensive negotiations. DocuSign has behaved very well in all aspects, it has been a very functional software in all its features and has provided a system that allows us to create signatures, send contracts to our clients, monitor the status of the contract and much more, it is indescribable the great amount of benefits that we have obtained with DocuSign and we have never presented any problem during the creation, administration and delivery of our contracts. I really admire how DocuSign has behaved, with no crashes, monitoring errors, or any other issues.

Overall: Our overall experience with DocuSign has been completely enjoyable, in all respects. DocuSign has been a software that has met all our expectations, we have been using this service for more than a year and we feel comfortable with the amount of money we pay monthly for this service. DocuSign contracts are very solid, digital signatures help our clients to carry out negotiations with us without having to go physically to our offices, in addition, these digital contracts are much safer than a physical one, they have an encryption key, regulations and many more things that make it impenetrable. I highly recommend this software for any company, it has incredible functionality to create contracts and monitor them.

Pros: Like how straight forward it is to use in setting up documents for digital signing while being feature packed with additional settings for our organisation, such as 2 factor authentication and myriad integrations with other platforms (e.g. LawVu). DocuSign's support team is also very good, and I particularly like the option of receiving calls from their team to talk though the problems as opposed to being limited to email.

Cons: Not necessarily a con, but because the platform has so many features and settings, it can be quite overwhelming at first to unpack everything. Would appreciate a dedicate accounts representative from DocuSign who can take us through all the features in a personalised way to ensure that our organisation makes the best use of DocuSign to address our organisations problems and needs.

Overall: Easy to use, feature packed, and great support options. Would highly appreciate a dedicated accounts manager who can take you through the platform to ensure that you get the most use out of DocuSign's plethora of features.

Pros: DocuSign is a fairly simple method of bringing digital signatures to any business and making physical contracts obsolete. In our company, we use DocuSign as the primary method for digital signatures, due to its high long-term effectiveness. One of the things I liked the most was:

- DocuSign has a large number of certifications that make the contract or document sent to a recipient fully validated, it has security certifications and data encryption so that no document data is extracted or stolen.

- DocuSign offers a fairly organized panel where we can review the status of the document or contract that we have sent to the recipient. This panel is quite organized, by dates and times of sending, in order to have greater control. DocuSign offers us a status in real time on the documents sent, we can know exactly when a document has been electronically signed.

- Our clients can make the signatures from their mobile phone or tablet. DocuSign has a very bold App where customers can do the electronic signature just by using their mobile device, something that helps us a lot to get the signatures as soon as possible.

- It has an excellent system of reminders or alerts that allows the client to always be informed that they have a contract or document pending to be signed.

Cons: We have had a few minor complications during our experience with DocuSign but they were not negative factors that impacted us, we continue with our strong opinion that DocuSign is an excellent option when looking for some software to achieve a successful electronic signature, these negative factors were:

- DocuSign does not have an integration with any cloud storage system. At our company, we use Dropbox as our primary file manager, and we haven't been able to integrate with DocuSign as the feature doesn't exist yet. I would like to be able to integrate both platforms, this would allow me to export the documents instantly, extract the documents from the DocuSign cloud and save them in my Dropbox backup. Currently I do this saving process manually, I hope you can implement this new feature as soon as possible.

- DocuSign's free trial is not as effective, it does not allow as many documents to be sent to be signed, it only allows to send 3 documents per month for free, this greatly limits the fact that the user can test the digital signature functions at medium term.

Overall: During the first week of using DocuSign, we managed to adapt to the functionalities and we managed to understand what the digital signature process was like, for us, this was a totally new world. DocuSign is being used mainly in our Sales sector in order to make sales contracts in just a few seconds and get a customer signature without the need for as much physical paperwork. Digital signatures are the future, we are very happy to be able to close our negotiations in our real estate company with DocuSign, we can make documents in a matter of seconds and receive signatures from our clients without any setback. All these documents are kept safe within the DocuSign cloud, so it's easy to search for an old digital signature document. It has been a very easy platform to use, it has never been difficult for us to use any of its functions.

Pros: The ease of integration into our system and how much easier this made our lives. Instead of people printing, signing and scanning our docs. They just signed them right then and there and send it back. This, on my end, makes it easier to copy their information over into other portals since it is a PDF.

Cons: I found very little I don't like about it. Everything is just so simple now.

Overall: Absolutely love DocuSign and how easy it is to use. You don't even need an account to be able to sign things (on a candidates end).

Pros: DocuSign is easy to use and is very user friendly. It would seem that it is the industry standard when it comes to signing documents online. I have not encountered any problems when using DocuSign. It would appear that they have been in business long enough to have worked out all the kinks and that they are up to date as things change all around us. DocuSign has made conducting business much easier in this time of pandemic. I honestly do not know how we would be able to do what we do without it in the day and time.

Cons: There is nothing I really do not like. The experience I have had is that it works flawlessly and is very user friendly.

Overall: My overall experience is very positive. I have used it and I like it and I have had no issues with is. The people who I work with are also very happy with it. It has made conducting business much easier in this day and time.

Pros: Great platform for obtaining signatures and approvals. Very easy to use both on the mobile app and full website.

Cons: Review notifications are good, but I’d like to know how long the documents were reviewed and if they were signed, what the reason was for not signing.

Overall: Best platform for obtaining a signature because of the ease of use and brand recognition. I’ve never have a client say they haven’t heard of DocuSign.

Pros: High level of security for executing legal contracts. It's the trusted software in this category. Not complicated.

Cons: Too finite of features for a document type software. The makers could get more creative and add more value to this software for users, especially at the high price points.

Overall: There are better doc signing software out there. This security may be among the best but it definitely is not the most feature-rich software in this category. There is a hole in value not being delivered to users of this software. It looks strong and secure. Its best characteristics.

Pros: Love how customizable the fields are, the option to send automatic reminders, and the overall simple design of the product.

Cons: I'd like more subscription options at the organizational level.

Overall: Ultimately, DocuSign gets the job done. We don't have issues with it and it's a really simple solution that allows us to solve around a common business challenge (getting something signed).

Pros: DocuSign has saves us time and money that we use to print and scan for contracts to be signed. It has automated all our manual tasks and made collecting signatures fast. It has simplified and brought efficiency in all our operations. We can spend more time focusing on closing deals with clients and less time keeping track of signatures. Also, it has eliminated errors filled documents and delivers documents with utmost accuracy.

Cons: When i compare DocuSign with other e-signatures platforms, it is the best. I have nothing i dislike about it.

Overall: Our overall experience with using DocuSign has been mind -blowing. We have digitized all our operations in our organization and became a paperless environment. We are able to collect large number of documents and deliver the best client experience ever. DocuSign has transformed how we do business.

Pros: One of the things I like most about DocuSign is how much easier it is for my organization to collect signatures via the web from employees and customers. It is used in every work area and makes signing documents faster and easier for everyone. It also integrates with Dropbox to facilitate the storage, backup, and sharing of files. I also enjoy its function to accept and receive payments, as its credit card rates are excellent for us.

Cons: The configuration of this software is usually not an easy task; I would like to have more information and support for the design and use of the software provided by the DocuSign team.

Overall: DocuSign comes to our organization to make our life easier in terms of signature collection and payment processing. It is a tool that saves us time and effort, paperwork, and money. It is easy for all types of users to navigate the DocuSign platform and provide signatures on documents. We are happy to have such an efficient resource; it has benefited since we started implementing it.

Cons: -really no downside, except maybe that the integration capabilities are quire far reaching (API) and could be complex to utilize

Overall: DocuSign names itself number 1 for electronic signature services, and it is easy to see why. Not only is the service pricing very reasonable, it is easy to use for end-users and provides a lot of functionality. Just the fact that is is widely used for Real Estate transactions, speaks to the trust a lot of people put into it.

Pros: It helps me conduct business online without any problems; it is straightforward to use and has always been at the forefront as a tool that simplifies the meetings leading to large contracts. I like the interface is straightforward to use and does not generate errors and its operation.

Cons: We have had problems with integrations on devices such as tablets or laptops; they should improve this type of problem since many people use them in the organization.

Overall: We use DocuSign to complement online business; we can use the electronic signature provided by the software to conclude an important contract. It has given us a lot of leverage to generate revenue or essential connections. I know you may have a program that is specifically dedicated to online contracts.

Pros: DocuSign offers a simple way to sign documents wherever we are, has an ease of use and variety of paper grades published without changing the structure. We often use it for files approved and signed quickly. At the end of the process, we receive a pdf with each of the signatures and tasks that are done on time and of importance.

Cons: The free version of the software has fewer features. Some of the advanced features are expensive. More functions related to security and storage should be introduced, the software lags which bring interference during contract analysis.

Overall: For online contract establishment. The platform makes the signature so reliable and has all the important features, necessary to create an agreement. This electronic signature software allows us to obtain signatures from our clients for a contract. This has reduced paperwork and many more complexities. There is no fear of losing the paper of the contract as everything is recorded in the software.

Pros: Business closings and contract signing is something DocuSign does perfectly. What I like most about this digital signature platform is that it allows me to sign from my mobile device. The DocuSign application available for mobile devices sends me direct notifications when I have new contracts or negotiations to be signed, in addition, it allows me to quickly sign from my cell phone, without having to use my computer or be in my work area. This application is fantastic, I can be anywhere and in the same way close all kinds of businesses thanks to digital signatures.

Cons: Currently I have not had any problems with the general functionality of DocuSign, and I did not have any problems during the period of adaptation to the functions of this platform. I believe that DocuSign has been a totally stable platform, we have been able to sign contracts and also sign negotiations thanks to this excellent service.

Overall: I love the overall experience I have had with DocuSign, as this platform has made it easy for us to conduct all kinds of negotiations. Overall: I am satisfied with all the functions that DocuSign has given me, since it has a fairly simple process to use, and I can create new documents with my signature just by accessing the main panel of the platform.
