About Dejavue
Dejavue is a Discord bot and hosted knowledge-base service for communities that manage help and Q&A channels. It identifies repeated questions, supports moderator-approved answer and mark-as-solved workflows, and archives resolved threads for search in Discord and on an optional public website. Communities can enable keyword or semantic duplicate search, analytics, stale-question reminders, and opt-in publishing. Paid plans add AI-drafted answers, summaries, topic clustering, FAQ generation, custom branding, and access to the community archive through an MCP endpoint for compatible assistants. Administrators control what gets published; public pages can use aliases instead of Discord identities. The hosted service is billed per server through Discord, and the open-source software can also be self-hosted with Docker. It is intended for moderators and operators of Discord help forums.
