Pros: Dayforce offers smart solution to all human capital management requirements. It's a great to for HR department as well as the operations perspective and managers. It offers solution to payroll calculations, Benefit management, Talent acquisition, Workforce management. it offer continuous payroll calculation which make it very unique and it helped you you have the current figures in front of you at any point of time.
Cons: It is one of the smart HCM software available making work easy and less time-consuming. No issues.
Overall: Dayforce offers very smart and easy to use user interface . The talent management section of Dayforce is very innovative leaving apart all the recruiting and onboarding processes it offers learning engagement and performance tracking, which make it very helpful for the managers and teammates to introduce the new candidate with job role and overall workflow. it is a cross platform application making it very easy for employees to access report till from their devices and marking attendance on day-to-day basis.

Pros: Very easy to pick up and start using without a hard learning curve. Dayforce is a great tool to have for the HR department. With Dayforce, many analog processes are now digitized.
Cons: There were a few bugs when we were first getting set up, but they've been taken care of now.
Overall: Wide range of features that makes HR jobs much easier. I'd recommend Dayforce to almost any organization that wants to streamline onboarding and HR in general.
