Everything else a shop runs on is in the same place: repair orders, estimates, customer approvals, invoicing, payments and scheduling on one record. The same assistant runs alongside the regular screens — pull a vehicle's history, update a repair order, check the schedule.

Customers get a portal under the shop's own branding, at a permanent address they can come back to: follow the job, approve the estimate, pay the invoice. They can ask it questions rather than calling, and it hands off to a person when it can't answer.

A service writer hands the assistant a rough note such as a symptom plus the parts fitted and the hours taken, and gets back a priced draft to review. Nothing reaches the repair order until a person approves it. Vehicle owners follow the job, approve work and pay through a portal carrying the shop's own branding. Shop data exports in full at any time and is backed up nightly, encrypted, to a storage bucket the shop owns.
