    Pros: Customer.io has helped us as an organization to raise our marketing level by supporting our management of customers, attributes and events to maintain a very organized and segmented work rhythm. It also allows us to customize reports, modify users based on their user, add or delete attributes and assign events.

    Cons: Among the few dislikes that have been presented to us as an organization are: data collection is a slightly weak part of Customer.io.

    Overall: One of the benefits that Customer.io has provided to our organization is that we've been able to streamline productivity; the ability to send personalized emails has also been immensely helpful in keeping us in tune with our customers. It also has excellent customer service.
