Legal e-File
Electronic filing (e-filing) is a method of filing documents by electronic transmission utilizing the Court's e-filing system. E-filing does not include transmission by facsimile or by email. Legal e-file has been approved by the county and/or state to receive and transmit all e-filing submissions between users and the Court's e-filing system. We have simplified e-filing by offering a fast and easy single-screen e-filing interface for our customers. We also provide many bonus features (at no additional charge) such as PDF conversion, file-stamped documents attached to your acceptance notification email, case summary views, detailed activity reports (perfect for billing your firm's clients), and electronic service. In addition to our e-filing service, we now offer personal service options (service of process, e-mail to e-file, physical filing, and physical pickup of documents) at an additional fee.

eCourt
Our true browser-based case management system enjoys a unique advantage over other systems: it was architected from the ground up as a highly configurable “business processing engine” to be the centerpiece for document management and eFiling solutions and used by trial and appellate courts, prosecutor and public defender offices, and other governmental agencies, including probation, tribal and state and county governments. eCourt can either be hosted in-house or in our cloud through Amazon Web Services (AWS). Users only need a web browser (Internet Explorer 10+, Chrome, Firefox, etc.) to access eCourt and eCourtPublic from desktops, laptops, smartphones (iPhone, Android) and tablet devices (iPad, Galaxy, etc.) The system’s graphical user interface, including all screens and dashboards, is natively touch screen enabled. eCourt is database agnostic; you can use Microsoft SQL, Oracle, etc. You can use your preferred technologies, including Citrix.
