    Pros: Robust functionality that rivals enterprise players at half the cost. Highly customizable without programmer intervention.

    Cons: No multi language support - we were hoping for not only an English version but Dutch as well.

    Overall: Very happy with the product and level of service we have received. Getting good value and product really helped with managing leads and sales.

    Pros: Excellent sales automation and lead management. Good reporting. Very easy to use. Rapid ROI.

    Cons: Integration with 3rd party programs a bit limited, but can use Zappier for other integrations

    Overall: Very good functionality and easy to use - very good customer service. Products flexibility has enabled us to tailor it to our needs.
