Users connect Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP inboxes, import leads from CSV, build personalized multi-step sequences, and schedule follow-ups. The software supports inbox warm-up, multi-inbox sending rotation, email verification, deliverability checks, and tracking for opens, replies, and bounces. Reply and bounce detection can stop a sequence when a lead responds or an address is invalid. Users can review campaign activity and domain reputation analytics, while AI tools help generate email copy and warm-up content.
