Co-Flo CLM for Legal is a cloud-native contract lifecycle management application for in-house legal teams, built inside iManage Work. There is no separate repository, data migration or integration project. Smart Forms handle intake and assign RACI roles by contract type or department. Each contract type gets its own workspace template, stages, tasks and security. Routine agreements are generated from intake data, while iManage AI searches best-practice libraries and past work for first drafts. Negotiation stays in iManage with version control, co-authoring and audit trails. Approval workflows and DocuSign or Adobe Sign integration automate execution and file signed copies back to iManage. After signature, AI extracts obligations and key dates, with automated reminders for renewals, notice periods and compliance. Dashboards show contract status, workload, bottlenecks and expiries. Signed agreements can be curated into a searchable knowledge library. Requires iManage Work.
