    "Don't Do Business With Them"

    Pros: There are no pros only cons. Don't trust them. They will keep your money even after you reach out to them before the trial period ends. I connected with them before my trial period ended and they will not refund my money.

    Cons: They do not answer you promptly, they do not follow their policies, they do not refund money and they are not to be trusted.

    Overall: They are a crap company that lies and steals from people they are not to be trusted and will close your account without going over anything with you. I was within the 14-day trial period and emailed them beforehand and didn't get a response until after the 14-day trial so they closed my account and kept my money. I've emailed them and reported them but haven't gotten anything back. They will keep your money and close your account. I've been stressing out so much that it's caused me to have severe anxiety and frustration that a small business like me can't afford.

    Pros: There is nothing good about this company. Unethical thieves that are literally in business for that purpose only.

    Cons: Chad, the thief. Refuses to acknowledge support requests and charges credit cards when he's low on cash.

    Overall: Chad is a petty criminal. He will shut off services and not respond to any questions and instead will charge your card for random, unauthorized amounts at his whim, while your paid services are rendered useless. The service is completely unusable, unreliable, and the thieving owner is unethical and only good at stealing money.

    Run. Seriously. I wish I looked at the reviews first, because this is not the first company Clixlo has used to rob unsuspecting consumers through.

    "They take the money and close the door on your face"

    Pros: Excellent platform.
    Lots of features.
    Great potential for marketing and communications.
    Social media poster: great.

    Cons: NO customer service. Null.
    They try to scam you into paying a monthly fee.
    It breaks a lot.

    Overall: Avoid Clixlo – Unreliable and Poor Customer Support

    I signed up for Clixlo's lifetime plan, which came with some paid add-ons like text messaging integration—fair enough, I knew there’d be extra costs for certain features. We used the text messaging feature to connect with our customers, and it worked fine for a while... until it didn’t. Suddenly, we could receive messages but not send them.

    I contacted their support team (which is email-only, by the way) and at first, got an auto-response from a dumb bot. After some back and forth, a person finally helped fix the issue, but it didn’t last long. Less than a week later, we were back to square one—no messages going out.

    Then, Clixlo’s solution? They tried to upsell me to a $99/month all-inclusive plan. Seriously? We don’t send that many messages and were perfectly happy paying per message, so we declined. After that, it worked for a while, but then it stopped again, and this time it’s been weeks with no response from support. Not even the useless bot replies anymore.

    At this point, Clixlo took our money and shut the door in our faces. There’s no support, no way to get help, and absolutely no way to fix the issue on your own. It’s like they’ve vanished.

    Yes, the platform itself is great, but what’s the point when you can’t rely on the people behind it? Clixlo is a waste of time and money. Save yourself the headache and stay far away!

    "Clixlo is a ripoff!!!!! "

    Pros: Just another sub-account. You can get much better features going straight through GHL. They have control over your business and You are so limited as to what you can do without an upsell

    Cons: I purchased the product for $497 and then got an upsell. I paid another $97 and they said they could not help me and have not responded to my requests a refund. They proceeded to make my CRM not work by changing account settings (long story), but I am loosing business due to them rendering my account inactive.

    Overall: They are ruining my business. Customer support does not answer my requests for a refund, or why I have extra charges or why my account suddenly stopped working.

    "The "Lifetime Deal" Isn't One"

    Pros: The software, which is white-labeled from HighLevel works well and is great for integrating all your CRM functions in one place.

    Cons: Their "lifetime deal" isn't one. They'll turn around and disable your whole account unless you cough up $97/mo for "unlimited support" plus SMS and email. They disabled third party connections for those, which they used to have. And "unlimited support" apparently means "we'll completely ignore you.

    They started out good and I was happy with the service for almost two years. But now they figured out their business model doesn't work and instead of being real and explaining the situation they're just being dishonest.

    Overall: It was great for awhile. But now they're just stealing money from people. Total bait and switch. Absolutely zero support.

    "No Refunds????"

    Pros: Nothing Pro about this company. Personally, I think it is a total rip-off with unforgiving terms and conditions.

    Cons: I signed up for the software not realizing that it was not small business accounting software. I never activated the account, never registered the account and never created an account. Asking for refund and all I got was AI response. I explained the error and they refuse to work with me.

    Overall: If you like talking to Fin AI you're in luck, human contact, so far, non-existent. Very non-supportive in responding to my request for refund and reason why.

    "Avoid Clixlo at All Costs - A Nightmare Experience, a scam"

    Pros: Nothing, it has been always a terrible experience, and none of what they say should work actually does.

    Cons: No support at all.
    Poor graphic.
    Terrible App functions.

    Overall: I wish I could give Clixlo zero stars. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Where do I even begin?

    First off, their customer service is abysmal. Trying to get in touch with a representative is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Emails go unanswered for days, and when you finally do manage to get someone on the phone, they are rude and unhelpful.

    Let's talk about their product quality - or lack thereof. I purchased a Clixlo widget based on the flashy advertisements promising top-notch performance. What I received was a flimsy, poorly made piece of junk that broke within a week. And don't even get me started on the shipping - it took forever for my order to arrive, and when it did, the packaging was damaged.

    To add insult to injury, their pricing is completely unreasonable. I could have gotten a much better product elsewhere for half the price. It's clear that Clixlo is more interested in making a quick buck than providing value to their customers.

    Save yourself the headache and steer clear of Clixlo. There are plenty of other companies out there that actually care about their customers and produce quality products. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

    "Zero Support, total scam"

    Pros: Cheap, you get what you pay for. There is no reason to purchase this as it wont work and you'll be wasting your money.

    Cons: There is zero support. Once you pay for the program, even though they say it does everything, if anything goes wrong they do not respond. The texting feature stopped working a week a go. Outgoing texts to leads and members is not working, I have sent numerous emails, tried the online chat everything. The one person I chatted with, said 'I cant access the platform right now, because Clixlo hasn't paid for their subscription". I can share the entire chat text here for proof if necessary. This is a scam. Do not purchase this software!

    Overall: Terrible, this is a total scam. Once they have your money, they don't care what happens with your program and give you zero help.
