Cons: Initially doubtful of the price but was blown away by the value.

Overall: I am highly impressed by ClickSend and the customer support team. It has lead to increased sales and it is quick and easy to use.

Pros: ClickSend was a very easy to use tool and it was very easy to grasp as a newcomer. I have not used many tools such as ClickSend in my past, and it was very easy to pick up as a newcomer. I loved its graphical interface as a new user and thought it was very simple to use overall. Furthermore, in my opinion, everything was very aesthetically pleasing to use. The customer service provided was phenomenal and the app overall was very good and made it easy to send messages.

Cons: Overall, I really enjoyed the product. The UI was pleasing, and the actual interaction within the app was pleasant. I do not have much bad to say about the product and I really liked it.

I enjoyed the graphical interactive and UI because it was pleasing to my eye. The app was organized very well organized everything was in the place that I would think it would be. Overall, a very good and pleasing app to use! I really enjoyed the amazing customer service as well, and the app was well-priced.

Pros: ClickSend is very easy to use and I think that everyone should be using it. The sign up was very easy and I was using ClickSend right away!

Cons: There is zero flaws in my eyes and I think that there are none.

Overall: The best thing ever just give it a try. They have a free trial with zero charge so don’t be shy and give ClickSend a try!

Pros: One part of this program I really like is the Email to SMS function. It works well with my outlook and gmail. Its strengths help us to fill some of the gaps in our email campaigns to make our marketing strategies more powerful. I also like ClickSend that it is easy to setup, save me so much headaches so I can put energy to delicate my business.

Cons: I wish they have a better customer service team so I can get the response ASAP when I contact them. They’re kind of failed to follow up. Time is sensitive to the business so that the problem shouldn’t be hung in there.

Overall: I am satisfied with the pricing and the functions that the program offers while I believe that using this products does help me to increase my revenue. And I think it still needs to be improved, not only the customer service but also more functions.

Cons: NONE there are no cons this product is so good I'm so glad I purchased this it honestly is life-changing.

Overall: 100/10 Product would buy it again. I've already told my family and friends about it and they are just as excited about it as me.

Pros: Amazing time using the item with such nice easy to understand instructions and works like a charm I have zero regret purchasing this and I can see myself purchasing again some time in the future.

Cons: For the price I was a bit concerned but works great I would suggest just be careful as mishaps can happen over all love it!

Pros: Ever since ClickSend has been introduced at the office I work at, I can say that productivity has increased drastically!

Pros: ClickSend's interface is very clean, friendly and welcoming. Most importantly it's very easy to understand and read. And most importantly their customer service was phenomenal. I highly recommend using this if you're going to be sending bulk messages.

Cons: There is really nothing bad to say. I liked everything about them and this idea.

Overall: I really liked it, they also have a bonus where the first 25 messages are free and the customer service is amazing 5/5.

Pros: Great amount of features, being able to use the API for all these different ways of communication, like SMS and email, are great. Pretty easy to use and understand. Pricing is also fair.

Cons: There really isn't much cons but more features would definitely be better.

Pros: Simple, precise ability to send receive communication. Secure, private. Instant notifications, no mode waiting and wondering when/ if response is sent. Quick load, very responsive. User friendly and intuitive.

Cons: Slightly "clunky". Navigating was a little difficult. Categories could be laid out better.

Overall: Overall my experience was pleasant. Masterful UI meets simplistic navigating brings a very delightful user experience.

Pros: My team and I have been using ClickSend for almost 2 years now and we have easily adapted and used the product. Sending messages between each other has became EXTREMELY easy and has allowed us to work smarter and faster.

Cons: My team and I haven't ran into any issues that I know of.

Overall: When I installed it, it took me a few minutes to understand everything. It then took a 15 minute meeting to teach everyone how to use the program and how it worked. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the project.

Pros: With ClickSend, it allows myself and my business to send quick and easy messages to customers and each other. It really makes my life easier to have all messaging services in one simple app.

Cons: Honestly, I don’t have a problem with this company, I just love it.

Pros: Works great, easy to use, helps managers, CEOs, and the like get in touch with their employees to help with marketing, reminders, and more. It really is a great and helpful product.

Cons: Can be a bit buggy at times and flat out not work until it is reset.

Overall: This has been my go to program for a while and gets the job done well every time. Had one concern and support got it solved quick.

Pros: I really love the simplicity of the product, it’s hands down one of the best and cheapest options I’ve seen. It took me like 2 hours to set up everything, but I’m now able to do other stuff rather than getting stuck on trying to communicate with my customers. I would recommend it for any business owner. (Not even including how good the support is!)

Cons: I don’t really have much because of how cheap it is, but if I was to say the character limit does really limit me, because 160 characters isn’t much. But like I said you can’t complain much. (2 messages doesn’t look clean in my opinion)

Overall: I would recommend it to people, because of ease of use and the easily accessible selection of message types that are also pretty cheap compared to others. There isn’t much problems about it, and the customer support is a cherry on top.
