Pros: This app is superb. It can handle Email and MMS with ease. I love it as It makes communication way easier for me.

Cons: At first it was a little slow and glitchy, but it turns out that my device was causing the problem. Now that the matter has been resolved I'm happy as I don't have any problems now.

Overall: This software is easy to use. Allows fast communication between companies and its features are super rich.

Pros: Works great and as described. Would definitely recommend this to family and friends. Don’t hesitate to get one.

Cons: None. Loved this product. There were no negatives I could find.

Pros: First of all, the amount of features in this app and the variety of things I can do is amazing Not only is there email gateway, for example, fax gateway, MMS gateway, and more, but the Ul of this application is also really good.

Cons: At times, for me at least, it was a little buggy but that may have just been my device. A customization aspect leg, changing the theme, shifting the tabs, etc) could be added to allow the user to personalize their application and have it be more customizable.

Overall: My overall experience with this was pretty well as it helped me with communicating better with companies.

Pros: - The dashboard for this software is extremely user friendly, and after showing this app to others, they did not need to ask for help at all due to it being very easy to use.
- Additionally, the API's are quite reliable and I like that I am able to view the variety of docs.
- Really efficient for my business, and it took less than 30 minutes to set up (mostly) everything.
- Having the ability to schedule a product demo is nice as I can view the product before everything else.

Cons: - Lacks some aspects of customization. Dark mode, themes, etc. Have heard this from others as well.
- Fax gateway, for me, is not as simple to use as the others, but it is still easy.

Overall: Great product for my business and my co-workers say it brings something new to the table for us and we will continue to use it. I recommend others to try this out as well.

Pros: It is really easy to manage SMS and Email that are sent out. It is very efficient and overall offers a pleasant experience.

Pros: The versatility of ClickSend is what attracted me the most. The product would work great for schools and city that we oversee here in the Technology Department. I would highly recommend ClickSend.

Cons: Pricing could be a little more fluid. There are other clients that do the same job but are cheaper but ClickSend is a lot easier to implement.

Overall: I feel like my district would benefit greatly from ClickSend and we're looking for along term solution.

Overall: We have used click send couple times to promote our specials / events for our bar only. New generation have their phone on them 24/7, glued to their face. SMS text to promote our bar specials worked wonders to promote to target audience.

Pros: ClickSend allows me to easily communicate to my employees with little work on my end. I can ensure that all my messages are send quickly and securely through message, which is much better for my company, in a day and age where everyone has a phone.

Cons: I have no dislikes. This is literally the best messaging system I have used to date, and makes the entire process of communicating streamlined and easy to understand.

Overall: I have been using ClickSend for over a year now and I am absolutely in love with it. It's the best messaging system on the market. I've tried other apps and they all feel cluttered and overwhelming. ClickSend offers a seamless interface that is easy to use and has never crashed on me once! I can't imagine living without it.

Pros: I love the idea of this as it can be useful to many companies trying to reach out to their customers. I like the fact that there are not only text SMS messages but that there are other ways of reaching out such as fax.

Cons: One thing that can be improved is the fact that messages cannot be sent from Alexa or Google Home devices. I believe that this integration would be very useful to lots of customers.

Pros: The Email to SMS feature is one of my favorite features of this application. It syncs seamlessly with my Outlook and Gmail accounts. Its strengths assist us in filling some of the gaps in our email campaigns, allowing us to improve the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives. I also prefer ClickSend because it is simple to set up and use, which saves me a lot of time and allows me to focus on the more important aspects of my business.

Cons: I wish they had a better customer service team so that when I contact them, I can get a response quickly. They haven't followed up in any way. Because the business is time-sensitive, the problem should not be left unsolved.

Overall: I am happy with the program's pricing and features, and I believe that using it will help me improve my revenue. And I believe it still has to be enhanced, not only in terms of customer service but also in terms of other features.
