Pros: Easy to use.. great support. Fast set up. Interface was very intuitive and easy to navigate. Helped with implementation and user buy-in.

Cons: Nothing yet.. it has been great. functionality and options configuration is on point.

Overall: Seamless integration and the best user interface I've used. User experience helped on-board late adopters and reporting features were great when showcasing performance to executives.

Pros: Very easy to use. Was able to implement and use right away. no gaps in learning. Very happy with the software.

Cons: Nothing that I noticed so far. Same with my team. We're pretty happy.

Overall: Very easy to use. Click Maint has been able to solve our main issue of work order requests around the office.

Pros: Started off with the free trial and right away, it was easy to setup and administer.
Once we created an account, the support team was great with moving our equipment list, inventory and routine maintenance schedule into Click Maint.
Everything ties seamlessly together, Assets, locations, inventory and PMs.

Cons: So far, so good. I haven’t had any issues using Click Maint.

Overall: My overall experience with Click Maint has been really positive. The software offers a very seamless user experience, robust functionality and intuitive design that caters to all aspects of maintenance management.

Pros: Easy to use. Great value for you money. It was very fast to set up and get started - within 2 weeks. The support team is great and it took almost no training to get going.

Cons: The mobile app is missing some of the features that are on the web version but wasn't a deal breaker for us.

The mobile app makes it easy to manage work on the go. It's easy to use, affordable and quick to set up.

Pros: Our team uses Click Maint to help us stay on top of things. We use it to effectively manage our work orders and repairs. We use it daily to schedule maintenance tasks. Notifications are received in a timely manner.

Cons: I honestly can't really say anything bad about the software, we use it every day and it gets the job done.

Overall: We have been noting our savings ever since we chose Click Maint CMMS. At first we were worried our team would not actually use the program, because not everyone on the team is tech savvy. But the mobile app is so easy to use that everyone actually puts it to use!!! Wish our team implemented this software years ago.

Pros: Our school just implemented Click Maint for managing maintenance requests and work orders. It's been great. Our old system was not easy to use and it always had bugs and issues. Click Maint makes it easy to submit maintenance requests and get updates on the status of the work order. I love it because I can scan a QR Code with my iPhone and get the request in.

Cons: I just use it for work order requests and updates on the work orders status. It's been great at the capacity that I use it for.

Overall: It's easy to use and is a major improvement over our last software. It wasn't easy to use and crashed. Click Maint has been a welcomed change and is great for maintenance requests and work orders at our school.
