    Pros: Webex Calling has become a satisfactory service for us, mainly because of the autonomy it has proven to have when working as a business calling system, one of the main features that I liked about this platform is the way in which it is able to receive international calls from any location, and from any device, with the help of this platform, I have been able to configure default devices so I can receive notifications every time I have a new call coming in, so I can answer a new call from my mobile device or from my work area computer, another feature that I liked is that this platform allows me to transfer calls to other partners, put a call on hold, I can pause a call from my mobile device or from my work area computer, so I can answer a new call from my mobile device or from the computer in my work area, another feature that I liked is that this platform allows me to transfer calls to other partners, put a call on hold, I can pause within a call and resume it in a few minutes, in addition, I can also use the virtual receptionist service, in order that automated messages are generated for customers who call us to our business number, this receptionist system is what I liked the most, because it allows me to welcome new customers in the call system. Also important is the excellent communication system that this platform provides me with, as it allows me to communicate via live chat with all my colleagues, within my company, this allows me to send new information and transfer new calls to my active partners. In general, I have really liked this platform because of the usefulness it has to receive calls simultaneously and assign new calls to my partners, this allows me to give primary attention to each of the potential customers that communicate with us through the business phone number.

    Cons: This platform is incredible to be implemented in any type of company that needs a business telephony system, I recommend it without a doubt because it provides a system for receiving calls and call management, without any technical error, this platform has not presented any type of failure during the time I used it, it is a platform that generates utility in the system of business calls.

    Overall: In our real estate company, it is very important that we have a system of business calls, totally stable, since constantly and daily new clients, contact us through our business phone number for the request of some property or to sell some of their properties, that is why we made use of this platform, when we started in our company, since we noticed that it was a quite proportional service so that our clients could contact us in a much more direct way, With the Webex Calling service I have not only had direct communication with each of the potential customers that contact me daily, but I have also had the ability to add new tickets depending on the call I receive, I have also been able to transfer calls to my partners or put calls on hold, I was also able to establish a virtual receptionist that helped me to serve new customers. This platform was key for our company to grow quickly, since what our potential clients admire the most about our real estate company is that we have given them a primordial attention and in a matter of seconds, since each client was able to contact us through our phone number within this platform and we were able to attend them virtually in a few seconds. I am very grateful to Webex Calling for allowing me to establish direct calls with my clients for more than two years, currently we do not use it but it was very noticeable the positive result that Webex gave me.

This is because Cisco invests a lot in their network infrastructure. Additionally, Cisco Webex Calling is very user-friendly. It is easy to set up and easy to use. This makes it a great system for both personal and business use. Finally, Cisco Webex Calling is affordable. It is priced competitively with other leading VoIP providers.

    Cons: The main thing I didn't like about Cisco Webex Calling was that it was difficult to use. It was not very user-friendly and I had a lot of trouble figuring out how to use it.

    Pros: Great software for calling and meeting.
    Easy to connect and hold a large number of people.
    Great way to send files and show project.

    Cons: Sometime stop working and audio get disconnected.
    Rest everything works great.

    Overall: Cisco Webex calling application is a great software for business meeting and calling. I am attending all my meeting on this application since covid pandemic.

    Pros: Cisco Webex has nice features and a good interface. It is nice for doing formal setup video conferences.

    Cons: The waiting interface is not fine. It disconnects automatically.

    Overall: Overall it is an okay experience. The lobby feature needs improvement and camera quality is poor. Useful otherwise.
