OrderRules
OrderRules is a Shopify app designed to help merchants prevent overselling by automatically enforcing order limits, store hours, and customer purchase restrictions at checkout. The platform allows businesses to set daily, weekly, or monthly order caps while automatically pausing checkout once capacity is reached. OrderRules also supports automated business hours, per-product limits, collection limits, and per-customer purchase controls to help merchants manage fulfillment more efficiently. Built on Shopify Functions, the app validates orders directly inside Shopify’s checkout engine for fast and reliable enforcement without requiring custom code. The platform includes analytics dashboards, email notifications, and historical reporting to help businesses monitor capacity usage and optimize operations. By automating checkout restrictions and fulfillment controls, OrderRules helps Shopify merchants reduce refunds, prevent overbooking, and run more predictable operations.
