    Pros: They really helped me with some technical challenges. They went above and beyond in researching the issue and looking for solution.

    Cons: The tool is just challenging to use at the beginning, but due to the good support that is not an issue.

    Overall: Good customer support. Very helpful and thorough. Def would advise to use it if customer support is important to you.

    Pros: Very easy to view feed data & changes. Extremely flexible rules that allow you to accomplish your goals.

    Cons: Can not filter searches with IF logic. For example, if I search "top" and the description of a shoe has top in it that product will show in my search. This is not a big deal though.

    Overall: Fantastic! Support is great, tool is great, and improvements to product feeds and results have been awesome.

    Pros: Makes listing management easy by integrating with major shopping channels. Automates product data feeds, inventory updates, order imports etc.

    Cons: Functionalities are quite limited for the price. Lack of flexibility to customize feeds & workflows.

    Overall: It simplifies multi channel product listings & order management. But the high priced paired with sync errors & lack of feed customization is frustrating.

    Pros: There are similar tools out there, but when it comes to support Channable is the real winner. You'll not only get support for the tools itself but also best practices how to set up projects, feeds and optimize your feeds. The support team are true experts when it comes to data transformation and feeds. The tool itself is relatively easy to use depending on how advanced feeds you're setting up. A Google Shopping feed for instance is up and running within minutes.

    Cons: As somewhat of a power user, a few updates can be frustrating since it involves new steps that overcomplicates things. Like the rule setup for feeds that changed recently where you get a submenu to fill out your criteria. Alt tabbing through the form worked like a charm so why change a winning concept?

    Overall: - Easy enough for beginners, yet advanced features once you familiarize yourself with the tool
    - Great and fast support
    - Out-of-the-box support for common feeds for Google, Meta and many more

    "Powerful integration and outstanding support: the ultimate tool for online store operators"

    Pros: A multi-purpose tool for online shop operators. It combines excellent integration capabilities with APIs to marketplaces, data feeds for price comparison engines, Google Ads including PMax, as well as numerous import options, including complex structures. Furthermore, the support is outstanding and takes the time to provide comprehensive assistance via email, phone, and other communication channels.

    Cons: One small drawback remains the ability to analyze errors returned by the API, such as missing or incorrect attribute configurations on marketplaces. In this case, one is left with no choice but to manually go through each category in the marketplace configuration and search for errors themselves. Having an overarching dashboard for errors with simultaneous linking to the corresponding configuration area would be the icing on the cake.

    Overall: It is a superb tool to achieve great results with minimal manpower and to drive significant revenue levers, provided one has enough creativity and foresight. Once again, the support should be emphasized
