Chalk CRM is a web-based field service CRM for contractors and service businesses that quote and schedule work. It organizes customer records and leads, creates estimates from a price book, sends quotes by text or email, collects signatures and deposits, and converts approved work into scheduled jobs. The schedule offers day, week, month and route-map views, with crew scheduling, visit reminders, time tracking and job photos. Users can invoice customers, accept card or bank payments through Stripe, track balances, and automate reminders. Chalk also includes two-way texting, a customer portal, team permissions, reports, and data import and export. The AI plan adds ChalkBot for customer replies, booking and quote follow-ups; a developer API is available on that plan.
