    "Comprehensive Rent a Car Business Management Solution where High Quality Service is the Main Feat"

    Pros: It is a very complete tool with windows for every single situation that may occur during Rent a Car daily operation.
    The customer service is very good. There is always someone to respond to tickets, emails and calls. They seem to know very well the rent a car business. Most of the times there is no need for further explanation from our side, they get it fast and provide a solution in next to no time.

    Price is very competitive compared to other solutions in the market.

    Cons: It could improve in user friendliness. It would be awesome if the system were responsive.

    Overall: I have been a user of Carplus for more than 5 years and I could say it has helped me definitely managing my Rent a Car and growing the business. I have recommended to other colleagues and everyone seems to be quite happy.
