Pros: Cairrot makes AI visibility easy to track across local and international markets. The on-page Insights are especially helpful for improving existing pages, and Reddit and YouTube tracking adds valuable visibility beyond traditional search.

Cons: Some features needed may not be immediately available, but their engineering team is extremely responsive and helps us get something we need built quickly.

Overall: Cairrot makes it easy to understand and improve your visibility across AI search and emerging channels. I especially like the local tracking and international views, which make it easy to see how visibility changes by location.

The Insights and on-page recommendations are also incredibly useful for identifying ways to improve existing pages. I also love being able to track Reddit and YouTube, since those channels are increasingly important for AI visibility.

The Stakeholder Report is another standout. It makes sharing results and insights with leadership quick and easy. Overall, I think Cairrot is a great tool for teams focused on improving AI search visibility.

Pros: As the owner of a small AEO Agency, Cairrot has been extremely valuable for tracking and improving our clients’ visibility across AI search platforms. The reporting is clear, the insights are actionable, and it makes it much easier to show clients how their AEO strategy is performing.

Cons: Some of the features take a little time to learn, and I would love to see even more reporting and automation options added as the platform continues to grow.

Overall: I have had a great experience using Cairrot and genuinely love the software. It gives our agency a clearer understanding of how brands appear in AI-generated search results and helps us make smarter AEO decisions. It has become an important part of how Northview measures results and communicates value to clients.

Pros: We have been working with Cairrot since they launched and I do not regret it. They have been helpful in providing AI visibility and customer insights across all the LLMs - all in one platform. The automated SEO and AEO reports are especially helpful with integrations with GA4 and Google Search Console. Top notch personal service is the biggest benefit. Connor is an extremely helpful, expert-level SEO/AEO resource that responds quickly and is open to ideas.

Cons: Being a new service, there have been various feature wish list items. Those items don't sit idle for long, however. Cairrot is responsive is continually improving the platform, which helps us close more deals.

Overall: 5 stars all the way. We have tried a variety of tools and Cairrot is a key piece of our marketing tech stack. The personal relationship is valued and the technology keeps getting better everyday.

Pros: Cairrot fills a real gap, it tracks how your brand shows up across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Grok all in one place. The visibility into LLM mentions is something no other tool does as cleanly. Incredibly useful for agencies managing multiple clients.

Cons: The engineering team is so responsive that any missing feature practically becomes a non-issue — submit a request and it’s typically built out within days. Honestly more of a pro than a con.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
